Base is a set in the Base series. It was released on January 9, 1999. The printed size is 102, and the checklist is the same length. Clefairy Doll is 70/102, in position 70 of 102 on this checklist. Before it is 69 Weedle, and after it is 71 Computer Search. The listed rarity is Rare.
Clefairy Doll is a Trainer card.
Keiji Kinebuchi illustrated this card. The same name is on 212 other cards in the catalog.
The card text says: Play Clefairy Doll as if it were a Basic Pokémon. While in play, Clefairy Doll counts as a Pokémon (instead of a Trainer card). Clefairy Doll has no attacks, can't retreat, and can't be Asleep, Confused, Paralyzed, or Poisoned. If Clefairy Doll is Knocked Out, it doesn't count as a Knocked Out Pokémon. At any time during your turn before your attack, you may discard Clefairy Doll.
I keep a set binder for Base, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Base set binder. I still need this card.
