Wizards Black Star Promos is a set in the Base series. It was released on July 1, 1999. The printed size is 53, and the checklist is the same length. Eevee is 11/53, in position 11 of 53 on this checklist. Before it is 10 Meowth, and after it is 12 Mewtwo. The listed rarity is Promo.
Eevee is a Basic Colorless Pokémon with 30 HP. The card lists level 7. In the Pokédex this is Eevee (#133), generation 1 (Kanto). The card lists Vaporeon, Vaporeon (#134), Jolteon, Jolteon (#135), Flareon, Flareon (#136), Sylveon, Sylveon (#700), Espeon, Espeon (#196), Umbreon, Umbreon (#197), Leafeon, Leafeon (#470), and Glaceon, Glaceon (#471) under evolves to.
Kagemaru Himeno illustrated this card. The same name is on 656 other cards in the catalog.
Eevee (#133) has 84 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 51 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Eevee 51/64 in Jungle (1999). That card lists 50 HP, and this one lists 30 HP. The rarity there is Common, and here it is Promo. 84 other cards of Eevee list a different HP.
Chain Reaction is listed as Pokémon Power. This power can only be used when a Pokémon evolves. Search your deck for a card that evolves from Eevee and attach it to Eevee. This counts as evolving Eevee. Shuffle your deck afterward. This power can't be used if Eevee is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed. The attack Bite lists 20 damage. The cost is Colorless. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Resistance is Psychic -30. The flavor text reads "Its genetic code is irregular. It may mutate if it is exposed to radiation from elemental stones."
I keep a set binder for Wizards Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Wizards Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Eevee can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Eevee and the Eeveelutions and All Eevee cards. I still need this card.
