Reuniclus 57/114 · Black & White

Reuniclus is Pokédex #579, generation 5 (Unova). Reuniclus is a Stage 2 Psychic Pokémon with 90 HP. The card says it evolves from Duosion. In this catalog that name is Duosion (#578).

Reuniclus sits at 57/114 in Black & White, position 57 of 115. Before it is 56 Duosion, and after it is 58 Timburr. The set belongs to the Black & White series. It was released on April 25, 2011. The printed size is 114. This checklist is longer, at 115 cards. The listed rarity is Rare Holo.

Damage Swap is listed as Ability. As often as you like during your turn (before your attack), you may move 1 damage counter from 1 of your Pokémon to another of your Pokémon. The attack Psywave lists 30+ damage. The cost is Psychic, Psychic, Psychic. Does 10 more damage for each Energy attached to the Defending Pokémon. Weakness is Psychic ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "These remarkably intelligent Pokémon fight by controlling arms that can grip with rock-crushing power."

Reuniclus (#579) has 10 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 8 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2011 to 2025. The earliest other card is Reuniclus 52/101 in Noble Victories (2011). Both list 90 HP. The rarity there is Rare, and here it is Rare Holo. Kagemaru Himeno illustrated that card, and 5ban Graphics illustrated this one. 5 other cards of Reuniclus list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads 5ban Graphics. I count 1,629 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Black & White set binder is where a full Black & White set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Reuniclus can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). I still need this card.
