Leavanny 12/113 · Legendary Treasures

Leavanny is Pokédex #542, generation 5 (Unova). Leavanny is a Stage 2 Grass Pokémon with 130 HP. The card says it evolves from Swadloon. In this catalog that name is Swadloon (#541).

Leavanny sits at 12/113 in Legendary Treasures, position 12 of 140. Before it is 11 Swadloon, and after it is 13 Dwebble. The set belongs to the Black & White series. It was released on November 6, 2013. The printed size is 113. This checklist is longer, at 140 cards. The listed rarity is Rare Holo.

Leaf Tailor is listed as Ability. Each of your Pokémon that has any Energy attached to it has no Weakness. The attack Cutting Arm lists 40+ damage. The cost is Grass, Colorless, Colorless. Flip 2 coins. This attack does 20 more damage for each heads. Weakness is Fire ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "Upon finding a small Pokémon, it weaves clothing for it from leaves, using the cutters on its arms and sticky silk."

Leavanny (#542) has 9 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 7 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2011 to 2025. The earliest other card is Leavanny 7/98 in Emerging Powers (2011). Both list 130 HP. The rarity there is Rare, and here it is Rare Holo. Kouki Saitou illustrated that card, and match illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 1, and here it is 2. 2 other cards of Leavanny list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads match. I count 143 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Legendary Treasures set binder is where a full Legendary Treasures set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Leavanny can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). I still need this card.
