I keep a set binder for Emerging Powers, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Emerging Powers set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Purrloin can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). Themed lists that include this exact card are Atsuko Nishida cards, later series. I still need this card.
