Seismitoad 24/101 · Noble Victories

Seismitoad is Pokédex #537, generation 5 (Unova). Seismitoad is a Stage 2 Water Pokémon with 140 HP. The card says it evolves from Palpitoad. In this catalog that name is Palpitoad (#536).

Seismitoad sits at 24/101 in Noble Victories, position 24 of 102. Before it is 23 Palpitoad, and after it is 25 Tirtouga. The set belongs to the Black & White series. It was released on November 16, 2011. The printed size is 101. This checklist is longer, at 102 cards. The listed rarity is Rare.

The attack Round lists 30× damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless. Does 30 damage times the number of your Pokémon that have the Round attack. Hyper Voice is another attack lists 70 damage. The cost is Water, Water, Colorless. Weakness is Grass ×2. Retreat cost is 3. The flavor text reads "It increases the power of its punches by vibrating the bumps on its fists. It can turn a boulder to rubble with one punch."

Seismitoad (#537) has 13 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 11 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2012 to 2026. The earliest other card is Seismitoad 36/124 in Dragons Exalted (2012). Both list 140 HP. Both list the rarity Rare. kawayoo illustrated that card, and Masakazu Fukuda illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 3. 10 other cards of Seismitoad list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Masakazu Fukuda. I count 471 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Noble Victories set binder is where a full Noble Victories set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Seismitoad can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). I still need this card.
