The earliest other card is Drifloon 46/130 in Diamond & Pearl (2007). Both list 60 HP. The rarity there is Uncommon, and here it is Common. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and MAHOU illustrated this one. 12 other cards of Drifloon list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads MAHOU. I count 122 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Dragons Exalted set binder is where a full Dragons Exalted set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Drifloon can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). I still need this card.
