Hajime Kusajima illustrated this card. The same name is on 206 other cards in the catalog.

Skarmory (#227) has 33 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 28 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2000 to 2026. The earliest other card is Skarmory 13/111 in Neo Genesis (2000). That card lists 60 HP, and this one lists 100 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Uncommon. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and Hajime Kusajima illustrated this one. 30 other cards of Skarmory list a different HP.

The attack Metal Sound lists no damage number. The cost is Metal. Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Confused. Swift is another attack lists 70 damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. This attack's damage isn't affected by Weakness, Resistance, or any other effects on the Defending Pokémon. Weakness is Fire ×2. Resistance is Psychic -20. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "Its heavy-looking iron body is actually thin and light, so it can fly at speeds over 180 mph."

I keep a set binder for Boundaries Crossed, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Boundaries Crossed set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Skarmory can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). I still need this card.
