The earliest other card is Elgyem BW55/101 in BW Black Star Promos (2011). Both list 60 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Uncommon. Mizue illustrated that card, and Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated this one. 1 other cards of Elgyem list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Mitsuhiro Arita. I count 721 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Plasma Storm set binder is where a full Plasma Storm set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Elgyem can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mitsuhiro Arita cards. I still need this card.
