Lanturn is a Stage 1 Lightning Pokémon with 90 HP. In the Pokédex this is Lanturn (#171), generation 2 (Johto). The card says it evolves from Chinchou. In this catalog that name is Chinchou (#170).

Mizue illustrated this card. The same name is on 184 other cards in the catalog.

Lanturn (#171) has 25 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 21 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2000 to 2024. The earliest other card is Lanturn 38/111 in Neo Genesis (2000). That card lists 70 HP, and this one lists 90 HP. Both list the rarity Uncommon. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and Mizue illustrated this one. 22 other cards of Lanturn list a different HP.

The attack Special Tackle lists 30+ damage. The cost is Lightning. If this Pokémon has any Special Energy attached to it, this attack does 30 more damage. Extreme Current is another attack lists 90 damage. The cost is Lightning, Colorless, Colorless. Discard an Energy attached to this Pokémon. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "Lanturn's light can shine up from great depths. It is nicknamed "The Deep-Sea Star.""

I keep a set binder for Plasma Freeze, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Plasma Freeze set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Lanturn can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). I still need this card.
