The earliest other card is Snivy BW01/101 in BW Black Star Promos (2011). Both list 60 HP. Both list the rarity Promo. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and Shizurow illustrated this one. 8 other cards of Snivy list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Shizurow. I count 79 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

BW Black Star Promos set binder is where a full BW Black Star Promos set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Snivy can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). I still need this card.
