The earliest other card is Pikachu 58/102 in Base (1999). That card is named Pikachu, while this one is _____'s Pikachu. That card lists 40 HP, and this one lists 50 HP. The rarity there is Common, and here it is Classic Collection. Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated that card, and Kagemaru Himeno illustrated this one. 185 other cards of Pikachu list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Kagemaru Himeno. I count 656 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Celebrations: Classic Collection set binder is where a full Celebrations: Classic Collection set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Pikachu can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are All Pikachu cards and Trainer's Pokémon. I still need this card.
