Cresselia DP51/56 · DP Black Star Promos

Cresselia is Pokédex #488, generation 4 (Sinnoh). Cresselia is a Basic Psychic Pokémon with 90 HP. The card lists level 62.

Cresselia sits at DP51/56 in DP Black Star Promos, position 51 of 56. Before it is DP50 Arceus, and after it is DP52 Darkrai. The set belongs to the Diamond & Pearl series. It was released on May 1, 2007. The printed size is 56, and the checklist is the same length. The listed rarity is Promo.

Lunar Aura is listed as Poké-Body. If you have Darkrai in play, remove 1 damage counter from Cresselia between turns. The attack Lunar Flight lists 80- damage. The cost is Psychic, Psychic, Colorless. Does 80 damage minus 10 damage for each damage counter on Cresselia. Weakness is Psychic ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "On nights around the quarter moon, the aurora from its tail extends and undulates beautifully."

Cresselia (#488) has 20 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 15 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2008 to 2026. The earliest other card is Cresselia 2/106 in Great Encounters (2008). That card lists 80 HP, and this one lists 90 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Promo. Ryo Ueda illustrated that card, and Wataru Kawahara illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 1, and here it is 2. 20 other cards of Cresselia list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Wataru Kawahara. I count 35 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

DP Black Star Promos set binder is where a full DP Black Star Promos set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Cresselia can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). I still need this card.
