Stages of Evolution is listed as Poké-Body. As long as Electabuzz is an Evolved Pokémon, any damage done to Electabuzz by attacks from your opponent's Pokémon that has any Special Energy cards attached to it is reduced by 40 (after applying Weakness and Resistance). The attack Double Shock lists 10× damage. The cost is Lightning, Colorless. Flip 2 coins. This attack does 10 damage times the number of heads. If either of the coins is heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Paralyzed. Luster Blast is another attack lists 70 damage. The cost is Lightning, Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. Electabuzz (#125) has 30 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 28 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2025. The earliest other card is Electabuzz 20/102 in Base (1999). Both list 70 HP. Both list the rarity Rare. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 1. 19 other cards of Electabuzz list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Mitsuhiro Arita. I count 721 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Unseen Forces set binder is where a full Unseen Forces set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Electabuzz can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mitsuhiro Arita cards. I still need this card.
