Metal Energy is an Energy card. It is listed as Special.
Metal Energy sits at 97/115 in Unseen Forces, position 99 of 145. Before it is 96 Darkness Energy, and after it is 98 Boost Energy. The set belongs to the EX series. It was released on August 1, 2005. The printed size is 115. This checklist is longer, at 145 cards. The listed rarity is Rare.
The card text says: Damage done by attacks to the Pokémon that Metal Energy is attached to is reduced by 10 (after applying Weakness and Resistance). Ignore this effect if the Pokémon that Metal Energy is attached to isn't Metal. Metal Energy provides Metal Energy. (Doesn't count as a basic Energy card.)
The illustrator line reads Milky Isobe. I count 22 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.
Unseen Forces set binder is where a full Unseen Forces set goes. This card fills one slot there. I still need this card.
