Raichu is a Stage 1 Lightning Pokémon with 80 HP. In the Pokédex this is Raichu (#026), generation 1 (Kanto). The card says it evolves from Pikachu. In this catalog that name is Pikachu (#025).

Kouki Saitou illustrated this card. The same name is on 652 other cards in the catalog.

Raichu (#026) has 70 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 52 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Raichu 14/102 in Base (1999). Both list 80 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Uncommon. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and Kouki Saitou illustrated this one. 58 other cards of Raichu list a different HP.

The attack Thundershock lists 20 damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless. Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Paralyzed. Pika Bolt is another attack lists 50 damage. The cost is Lightning, Colorless, Colorless. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 1.

I keep a set binder for Holon Phantoms, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Holon Phantoms set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Raichu can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). I still need this card.
