Togepi is a Basic Colorless Pokémon with 50 HP. In the Pokédex this is Togepi (#175), generation 2 (Johto). The card lists Togetic, Togetic (#176) under evolves to.

Nakaoka illustrated this card. The same name is on 46 other cards in the catalog.

Togepi (#175) has 20 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 19 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Togepi 30/53 in Wizards Black Star Promos (1999). That card lists 30 HP, and this one lists 50 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Common. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and Nakaoka illustrated this one. 14 other cards of Togepi list a different HP.

The attack Sleepy Song lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. Each Defending Pokémon is now Asleep. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 1.

I keep a set binder for Hidden Legends, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Hidden Legends set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Togepi can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Baby Pokémon. I still need this card.
