Raichu is a Stage 1 Lightning Pokémon with 90 HP. In the Pokédex this is Raichu (#026), generation 1 (Kanto). The card says it evolves from Pikachu. In this catalog that name is Pikachu (#025).

match illustrated this card. The same name is on 143 other cards in the catalog.

Raichu (#026) has 70 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 51 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Raichu 14/102 in Base (1999). That card lists 80 HP, and this one lists 90 HP. Both list the rarity Rare Holo. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and match illustrated this one. 55 other cards of Raichu list a different HP.

The attack Iron Tail lists 30× damage. The cost is Colorless. Flip a coin until you get tails. This attack does 30 damage times the number of heads. Thunderbolt is another attack lists 100 damage. The cost is Lightning, Lightning. Discard all Energy attached to Raichu. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Resistance is Metal -20. The flavor text reads "If the electric pouches in its cheeks become fully charged, both ears will stand straight up."

I keep a set binder for HeartGold & SoulSilver, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the HeartGold & SoulSilver set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Raichu can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Pikachu's friends. I still need this card.
