HeartGold & SoulSilver is a set in the HeartGold & SoulSilver series. It was released on February 10, 2010. The printed size is 123. This checklist is longer, at 124 cards. Blissey is a Stage 1 Colorless Pokémon with 130 HP. In the Pokédex this is Blissey (#242), generation 2 (Johto). The card says it evolves from Chansey. In this catalog that name is Chansey (#113).

Kanako Eo illustrated this card. The same name is on 99 other cards in the catalog.

Blissey (#242) has 21 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 17 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2001 to 2024. The earliest other card is Blissey 2/64 in Neo Revelation (2001). That card lists 120 HP, and this one lists 130 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Uncommon. Yuka Morii illustrated that card, and Kanako Eo illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 3. 16 other cards of Blissey list a different HP.

The attack Energy Link lists 10 damage. The cost is Colorless. Search your discard pile for an Energy card and attach it to Blissey. Double-edge is another attack lists 80 damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. Blissey does 40 damage to itself. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 3. The flavor text reads "Anyone who takes even one taste of Blissey's egg becomes unfailingly caring and pleasant to everyone."

I keep a set binder for HeartGold & SoulSilver, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the HeartGold & SoulSilver set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Blissey can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). I still need this card.
