Mega Latias ex is a Basic MEGA ex Dragon Pokémon with 280 HP. In the Pokédex this is Latias (#380), generation 3 (Hoenn).

Latias (#380) has 33 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 24 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2003 to 2025. The earliest other card is Latias 14/40 in Nintendo Black Star Promos (2003). That card is named Latias, while this one is Mega Latias ex. That card lists 70 HP, and this one lists 280 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Ultra Rare. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 1. 31 other cards of Latias list a different HP.

The attack Strafe lists 40 damage. The cost is Colorless. You may switch this Pokémon with 1 of your Benched Pokémon. Illusory Impulse is another attack lists 300 damage. The cost is Fire, Psychic, Colorless. Discard all Energy from this Pokémon. Retreat cost is 1. The card text says: Mega Evolution ex Rule: When your Mega Evolution Pokémon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 3 Prize cards. The regulation mark is I.

I keep a set binder for Mega Evolution, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Mega Evolution set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Latias can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). Themed lists that include this exact card are Dragon-type cards, Mega Evolution cards, and Latias and Latios. I still need this card.
