Stunfisk ex 252/217 · Ascended Heroes

Stunfisk is Pokédex #618, generation 5 (Unova). Stunfisk ex is a Basic ex Fighting Pokémon with 210 HP.

Stunfisk ex sits at 252/217 in Ascended Heroes, position 252 of 295. Before it is 251 Sprigatito ex, and after it is 253 Mega Audino ex. The set belongs to the Mega Evolution series. It was released on January 30, 2026. The printed size is 217. This checklist is longer, at 295 cards. The collector number is above the printed set size of 217. The listed rarity is Ultra Rare.

The attack Big Bite lists 30 damage. The cost is Fighting. During your opponent's next turn, the Defending Pokémon can't retreat. Flopping Trap is another attack lists 100+ damage. The cost is Fighting, Colorless, Colorless. If this Pokémon has any damage counters on it, this attack does 100 more damage. Weakness is Grass ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: Pokémon ex rule: When your Pokémon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is J.

Stunfisk (#618) has 25 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 19 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2011 to 2026. The earliest other card is Stunfisk 42/101 in Noble Victories (2011). That card is named Stunfisk, while this one is Stunfisk ex. That card lists 90 HP, and this one lists 210 HP. The rarity there is Common, and here it is Ultra Rare. Shin Nagasawa illustrated that card, and 5ban Graphics illustrated this one. 24 other cards of Stunfisk list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads 5ban Graphics. I count 1,629 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Ascended Heroes set binder is where a full Ascended Heroes set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Stunfisk can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). I still need this card.
