Ascended Heroes is a set in the Mega Evolution series. It was released on January 30, 2026. The printed size is 217. This checklist is longer, at 295 cards. Pikachu ex is 57/217, in position 57 of 295 on this checklist. Before it is 56 Raichu, and after it is 58 Voltorb ex. The listed rarity is Double Rare.

Pikachu ex is a Basic Tera ex Lightning Pokémon with 200 HP. In the Pokédex this is Pikachu (#025), generation 1 (Kanto).

aky CG Works illustrated this card. The same name is on 163 other cards in the catalog.

Pikachu (#025) has 212 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 90 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Pikachu 58/102 in Base (1999). That card is named Pikachu, while this one is Pikachu ex. That card lists 40 HP, and this one lists 200 HP. The rarity there is Common, and here it is Double Rare. Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated that card, and aky CG Works illustrated this one. 201 other cards of Pikachu list a different HP.

Resolute Heart is listed as Ability. If this Pokémon has full HP and would be Knocked Out by damage from an attack, it is not Knocked Out, and its remaining HP becomes 10. The attack Topaz Bolt lists 300 damage. The cost is Grass, Lightning, Metal. Discard 3 Energy from this Pokémon. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The card text says: As long as this Pokémon is on your Bench, prevent all damage done to this Pokémon by attacks (both yours and your opponent’s). The card text says: Pokémon ex rule: When your Pokémon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is H.

I keep a set binder for Ascended Heroes, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Ascended Heroes set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Pikachu can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are All Pikachu cards. I still need this card.
