Chikorita is a Basic Grass Pokémon with 70 HP. In the Pokédex this is Chikorita (#152), generation 2 (Johto).

Kariya illustrated this card. The same name is on 10 other cards in the catalog.

Chikorita (#152) has 16 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 13 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2000 to 2025. The earliest other card is Chikorita 53/111 in Neo Genesis (2000). That card lists 40 HP, and this one lists 70 HP. Both list the rarity Common. Naoyo Kimura illustrated that card, and Kariya illustrated this one. 13 other cards of Chikorita list a different HP.

The attack Growl lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. During your opponent's next turn, attacks used by the Defending Pokémon do 20 less damage (before applying Weakness and Resistance). Seed Bomb is another attack lists 30 damage. The cost is Grass, Grass. Weakness is Fire ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "A sweet aroma gently wafts from the leaf on its head. It is docile and loves to soak up sun rays." The regulation mark is J.

I keep a set binder for Ascended Heroes, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Ascended Heroes set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Chikorita can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Johto starters. I still need this card.
