Ascended Heroes set binder is where a full Ascended Heroes set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Gardevoir can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mega Evolution cards and Ralts, Kirlia, Gardevoir, and Gallade. I still need this card.
