Yveltal ex 53/88 · Perfect Order

Perfect Order is a set in the Mega Evolution series. It was released on March 27, 2026. The printed size is 88. This checklist is longer, at 124 cards. Yveltal ex is 53/88, in position 53 of 124 on this checklist. Before it is 52 Drapion, and after it is 54 Chien-Pao. The listed rarity is Double Rare.

Yveltal ex is a Basic ex Darkness Pokémon with 210 HP. In the Pokédex this is Yveltal (#717), generation 6 (Kalos).

Yveltal (#717) has 27 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 17 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2013 to 2026. The earliest other card is Yveltal XY06/211 in XY Black Star Promos (2013). That card is named Yveltal, while this one is Yveltal ex. That card lists 130 HP, and this one lists 210 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Double Rare. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 1. 26 other cards of Yveltal list a different HP.

The attack Soul Destroyer lists no damage number. The cost is Darkness, Darkness, Colorless. Knock Out each of your opponent's Pokémon that has 50 HP or less remaining. Dark Strike is another attack lists 210 damage. The cost is Darkness, Darkness, Colorless. During your next turn, this Pokémon can't use Dark Strike. Weakness is Lightning ×2. Resistance is Fighting -30. Retreat cost is 1. The card text says: Pokémon ex rule: When your Pokémon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is J.

I keep a set binder for Perfect Order, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Perfect Order set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Yveltal can fill a slot in Generation 6 binder (Kalos). Themed lists that include this exact card are Box-art legendaries and Giant Pokémon. I still need this card.
