Mega Skarmory ex is a Basic MEGA ex Metal Pokémon with 260 HP. In the Pokédex this is Skarmory (#227), generation 2 (Johto).

Skarmory (#227) has 33 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 28 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2000 to 2026. The earliest other card is Skarmory 13/111 in Neo Genesis (2000). That card is named Skarmory, while this one is Mega Skarmory ex. That card lists 60 HP, and this one lists 260 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Double Rare. 32 other cards of Skarmory list a different HP.

The attack Sonic Ripper lists no damage number. The cost is Metal, Metal, Colorless. Shuffle all Energy attached to this Pokémon into your deck, and this attack does 220 damage to 1 of your opponent's Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) Weakness is Lightning ×2. Resistance is Fighting -30. The card text says: Pokémon ex rule: When your Pokémon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The card text says: Mega Evolution ex Rule: When your Mega Evolution Pokémon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 3 Prize cards. The regulation mark is J.

I keep a set binder for Perfect Order, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Perfect Order set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Skarmory can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). I still need this card.
