Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated that card, and Naoyo Kimura illustrated this one. 144 other cards of Pikachu list a different HP.

The attack Nightime Stroll lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. Draw a card. Static Shock is another attack lists 20 damage. The cost is Lightning, Colorless. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The regulation mark is J.

I keep a set binder for 30th Celebration, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the 30th Celebration set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Pikachu can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are All Pikachu cards. I still need this card.
