Pikachu & Zekrom-GX 33/27

30th Celebration: Classic Collection is a set in the Mega Evolution series. It was released on September 16, 2026. This checklist has 27 cards. Pikachu & Zekrom-GX is 33/27, in position 7 of 27 on this checklist. Before it is 25 Sneasel, and after it is 41 Greninja BREAK. The listed rarity is Rare Holo GX.

Pikachu & Zekrom-GX is a Basic GX TAG TEAM Lightning Pokémon with 240 HP. In the Pokédex this is Pikachu (#025), generation 1 (Kanto).

Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated this card. The same name is on 721 other cards in the catalog.

Pikachu (#025) has 212 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 90 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Pikachu 58/102 in Base (1999). That card is named Pikachu, while this one is Pikachu & Zekrom-GX. That card lists 40 HP, and this one lists 240 HP. The rarity there is Common, and here it is Rare Holo GX. Retreat cost there is 1, and here it is 3. 207 other cards of Pikachu list a different HP.

The attack Full Blitz lists 150 damage. The cost is Lightning, Lightning, Lightning. Search your deck for up to 3 Lightning Energy cards and attach them to 1 of your Pokémon. Then, shuffle your deck. Tag Bolt-GX is another attack lists 200 damage. The cost is Lightning, Lightning, Lightning. If this Pokémon has at least 3 extra Lightning Energy attached to it (in addition to this attack's cost), this attack does 170 damage to 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) (You can't use more than 1 GX attack in a game.) Weakness is Fighting ×2. Resistance is Metal -20. Retreat cost is 3. The card text says: When your TAG TEAM is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 3 Prize cards.

I keep a set binder for 30th Celebration: Classic Collection, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the 30th Celebration: Classic Collection set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Pikachu can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are All Pikachu cards and Mitsuhiro Arita cards. I still need this card.
