Tomokazu Komiya illustrated this card. The same name is on 248 other cards in the catalog.

Slowpoke (#079) has 39 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 35 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Slowpoke 55/62 in Fossil (1999). Both list 50 HP. Both list the rarity Common. Miki Tanaka illustrated that card, and Tomokazu Komiya illustrated this one. 28 other cards of Slowpoke list a different HP.

The attack Psyshock lists 10 damage. The cost is Psychic. Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Paralyzed. Water Gun is another attack lists 10+ damage. The cost is Water. Does 10 damage plus 10 more damage for each Water Energy attached to Slowpoke but not used to pay for this attack's Energy cost. You can't add more than 20 damage in this way. Weakness is Psychic ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "It lazes vacantly near water. If something bites its tail, it won't even notice for a whole day."

I keep a set binder for Neo Genesis, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Neo Genesis set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Slowpoke can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Tomokazu Komiya cards and Slowpoke, Slowbro, and Slowking. I still need this card.
