Miki Tanaka illustrated that card, and Yukiko Baba illustrated this one. 20 other cards of Wooper list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Yukiko Baba. I count 151 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Neo Discovery set binder is where a full Neo Discovery set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Wooper can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). I still need this card.
