Metal Energy is an Energy card. It is listed as Special.
Takumi Akabane illustrated this card. The same name is on 51 other cards in the catalog.
The card text says: Damage done by attacks to the Pokémon that Metal Energy is attached to is reduced by 10 (after applying Weakness and Resistance). Ignore this effect if the Pokémon that Metal Energy is attached to isn't Metal. Metal Energy provides Metal Energy. (Doesn't count as a basic Energy card.)
I keep a set binder for Rising Rivals, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Rising Rivals set binder. I still need this card.
