Wormadam Plant Cloak is a Stage 1 Grass Pokémon with 80 HP. The card lists level 46. In the Pokédex this is Wormadam (#413), generation 4 (Sinnoh). The card says it evolves from Burmy Plant Cloak. In this catalog that name is Burmy (#412).

Kouki Saitou illustrated this card. The same name is on 652 other cards in the catalog.

Wormadam (#413) has 12 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 5 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2022. The earliest other card is Wormadam Plant Cloak 41/132 in Secret Wonders (2007). Both list 80 HP. The rarity there is Rare, and here it is Uncommon. Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated that card, and Kouki Saitou illustrated this one. 9 other cards of Wormadam list a different HP.

The attack Magical Needle lists 20 damage. The cost is Grass. Remove 2 damage counters from 1 of your Benched Pokémon. Cloak Scale is another attack lists 50 damage. The cost is Grass, Colorless, Colorless. If you have Wormadam Sandy Cloak in play, the Defending Pokémon is now Burned, Confused, and Poisoned. Weakness is Fire +20. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "When evolving, its body takes in surrounding materials. As a result, there are many body variations."

I keep a set binder for Arceus, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Arceus set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Wormadam can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). I still need this card.
