Kouki Saitou illustrated that card, and Megumi Mizutani illustrated this one. 3 other cards of Toucannon list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Megumi Mizutani. I count 133 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Sun & Moon set binder is where a full Sun & Moon set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Toucannon can fill a slot in Generation 7 binder (Alola). I still need this card.
