Shin Nagasawa illustrated that card, and TOKIYA illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 1, and here it is 2. 3 other cards of Torracat list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads TOKIYA. I count 93 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Sun & Moon set binder is where a full Sun & Moon set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Torracat can fill a slot in Generation 7 binder (Alola). I still need this card.
