The attack Twister lists 30 damage. The cost is Water, Lightning. Flip 2 coins. For each heads, discard an Energy from your opponent's Active Pokémon. If both of them are tails, this attack does nothing. Weakness is Fairy ×2. Retreat cost is 2. Dragonair (#148) has 28 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 24 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Dragonair 18/102 in Base (1999). That card lists 80 HP, and this one lists 100 HP. The rarity there is Rare, and here it is Uncommon. Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated that card, and Sanosuke Sakuma illustrated this one. 21 other cards of Dragonair list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Sanosuke Sakuma. I count 158 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Unified Minds set binder is where a full Unified Minds set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Dragonair can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). I still need this card.
