Noivern 159/236 · Unified Minds

Unified Minds is a set in the Sun & Moon series. It was released on August 2, 2019. The printed size is 236. This checklist is longer, at 261 cards. Noivern is 159/236, in position 160 of 261 on this checklist. Before it is 158 Noibat, and after it is 160 Naganadel-GX. The listed rarity is Rare.

Noivern is a Stage 1 Dragon Pokémon with 120 HP. In the Pokédex this is Noivern (#715), generation 6 (Kalos). The card says it evolves from Noibat. In this catalog that name is Noibat (#714).

Shin Nagasawa illustrated this card. The same name is on 303 other cards in the catalog.

Noivern (#715) has 20 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 13 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2014 to 2026. The earliest other card is Noivern 77/111 in Furious Fists (2014). That card lists 100 HP, and this one lists 120 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Rare. 5ban Graphics illustrated that card, and Shin Nagasawa illustrated this one. 18 other cards of Noivern list a different HP.

The attack Boomburst lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. This attack does 20 damage to each of your opponent's Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) Dragon Pulse is another attack lists 120 damage. The cost is Psychic, Darkness, Colorless. Discard the top card of your deck. Weakness is Fairy ×2. The flavor text reads "Although it has a violent disposition, if you give it a nice ripe fruit that it loves, Noivern will suddenly become tame."

I keep a set binder for Unified Minds, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Unified Minds set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Noivern can fill a slot in Generation 6 binder (Kalos). I still need this card.
