Cosmic Eclipse set binder is where a full Cosmic Eclipse set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Lileep can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). Themed lists that include this exact card are Fossil Pokémon. I still need this card.
