I keep a set binder for Cosmic Eclipse, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Cosmic Eclipse set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Blastoise and Piplup can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto) and Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Kanto starters, without Charizard and Sinnoh starters. I still need this card.
