nagimiso illustrated this card. The same name is on 156 other cards in the catalog.

Vulpix (#037) has 51 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 41 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Vulpix 68/102 in Base (1999). That card is named Vulpix, while this one is Alolan Vulpix. That card lists 50 HP, and this one lists 60 HP. Both list the rarity Common. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and nagimiso illustrated this one. 33 other cards of Vulpix list a different HP.

Snowed In is listed as Ability. As long as this Pokémon is on your Bench, prevent all damage done to this Pokémon by attacks (both yours and your opponent's). The attack Gnaw lists 10 damage. Weakness is Metal ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "If you carelessly approach it because it's cute, the boss of the pack, Ninetales, will appear and freeze you."

I keep a set binder for Cosmic Eclipse, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Cosmic Eclipse set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Vulpix can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). I still need this card.
