Shining Volcanion is a Basic Water Pokémon with 130 HP. In the Pokédex this is Volcanion (#721), generation 6 (Kalos).

Hitoshi Ariga illustrated this card. The same name is on 155 other cards in the catalog.

Volcanion (#721) has 21 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 12 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2013 to 2026. The earliest other card is Volcanion XY145/211 in XY Black Star Promos (2013). That card is named Volcanion, while this one is Shining Volcanion. Both list 130 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Shining. 5ban Graphics illustrated that card, and Hitoshi Ariga illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 3. 12 other cards of Volcanion list a different HP.

The attack Dual Pump lists no damage number. The cost is Water, Water, Water. This attack does 50 damage to 2 of your opponent's Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) Quad Smash is another attack lists 50× damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. Flip 4 coins. This attack does 50 damage for each heads. Weakness is Lightning ×2. Retreat cost is 3. The flavor text reads "It lets out billows of steam and disappears into the dense fog. It's said to live in mountains where humans do not tread."

I keep a set binder for Shining Legends, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Shining Legends set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Volcanion can fill a slot in Generation 6 binder (Kalos). I still need this card.
