Delphox 17/131 · Forbidden Light

Delphox is Pokédex #655, generation 6 (Kalos). Delphox is a Stage 2 Fire Pokémon with 150 HP. The card says it evolves from Braixen. In this catalog that name is Braixen (#654).

Delphox sits at 17/131 in Forbidden Light, position 18 of 150. Before it is 16 Braixen, and after it is 18 Litleo. The set belongs to the Sun & Moon series. It was released on May 4, 2018. The printed size is 131. This checklist is longer, at 150 cards. The listed rarity is Rare Holo.

Mystical Torch is listed as Ability. Once during your turn (before your attack), you may leave your opponent's Active Pokémon Burned. The attack Fire Spin lists 150 damage. The cost is Fire, Fire, Colorless, Colorless. Discard 2 Energy from this Pokémon. Weakness is Water ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "Using psychic power, it generates a fiery vortex of 5,400 degree Fahrenheit, incinerating foes swept into this whirl of flame."

Delphox (#655) has 10 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 8 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2013 to 2026. The earliest other card is Delphox-EX XY19/211 in XY Black Star Promos (2013). That card is named Delphox-EX, while this one is Delphox. That card lists 170 HP, and this one lists 150 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Holo. 5ban Graphics illustrated that card, and kawayoo illustrated this one. 9 other cards of Delphox list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads kawayoo. I count 209 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Forbidden Light set binder is where a full Forbidden Light set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Delphox can fill a slot in Generation 6 binder (Kalos). I still need this card.
