Dragalge 53/131 · Forbidden Light

Dragalge is Pokédex #691, generation 6 (Kalos). Dragalge is a Stage 1 Psychic Pokémon with 120 HP. The card says it evolves from Skrelp. In this catalog that name is Skrelp (#690).

Dragalge sits at 53/131 in Forbidden Light, position 54 of 150. Before it is 52 Skrelp, and after it is 54 Hoopa. The set belongs to the Sun & Moon series. It was released on May 4, 2018. The printed size is 131. This checklist is longer, at 150 cards. The listed rarity is Rare.

Poison Point is listed as Ability. If this Pokémon is your Active Pokémon and is damaged by an opponent's attack (even if this Pokémon is Knocked Out), the Attacking Pokémon is now Poisoned. The attack Twister lists 60 damage. The cost is Psychic, Colorless. Flip 2 coins. For each heads, discard an Energy from your opponent's Active Pokémon. If both of them are tails, this attack does nothing. Weakness is Psychic ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "Tales are told of ships that wander into seas where Dragalge live, never to return."

Dragalge (#691) has 8 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 6 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2013 to 2026. The earliest other card is Dragalge XY10/211 in XY Black Star Promos (2013). That card lists 100 HP, and this one lists 120 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare. 5ban Graphics illustrated that card, and SATOSHI NAKAI illustrated this one. 6 other cards of Dragalge list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads SATOSHI NAKAI. I count 58 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Forbidden Light set binder is where a full Forbidden Light set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Dragalge can fill a slot in Generation 6 binder (Kalos). I still need this card.
