Sylveon is a Stage 1 Fairy Pokémon with 90 HP. In the Pokédex this is Sylveon (#700), generation 6 (Kalos). The card says it evolves from Eevee. In this catalog that name is Eevee (#133).

0313 illustrated this card. The same name is on 62 other cards in the catalog.

Sylveon (#700) has 33 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 15 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2013 to 2026. The earliest other card is Sylveon XY04/211 in XY Black Star Promos (2013). Both list 90 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare. 5ban Graphics illustrated that card, and 0313 illustrated this one. 31 other cards of Sylveon list a different HP.

The attack Wink Wink lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. Your opponent reveals their hand. You may discard a Supporter card you find there and use the effect of that card as the effect of this attack. Magical Shot is another attack lists 40 damage. The cost is Fairy, Colorless. Weakness is Metal ×2. Resistance is Darkness -20. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "When this Pokémon sights its prey, it swirls its ribbonlike feelers as a distraction. A moment later, it pounces."

I keep a set binder for Forbidden Light, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Forbidden Light set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Sylveon can fill a slot in Generation 6 binder (Kalos). Themed lists that include this exact card are Eevee and the Eeveelutions. I still need this card.
