Plusle is a Basic Lightning Pokémon with 70 HP. In the Pokédex this is Plusle (#311), generation 3 (Hoenn).

Kanako Eo illustrated this card. The same name is on 99 other cards in the catalog.

Plusle (#311) has 19 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 18 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2003 to 2023. The earliest other card is Plusle 8/97 in Dragon (2003). That card lists 50 HP, and this one lists 70 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Uncommon. Atsuko Nishida illustrated that card, and Kanako Eo illustrated this one. 14 other cards of Plusle list a different HP.

The attack Draw for Everybody lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. Shuffle your hand into your deck. Then, draw a card for each Benched Pokémon (both yours and your opponent's). Electro Ball is another attack lists 30 damage. The cost is Lightning, Colorless. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Resistance is Metal -20. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "It absorbs electricity from telephone poles. It shorts out its body to create crackling noises."

I keep a set binder for Celestial Storm, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Celestial Storm set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Plusle can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). I still need this card.
