The earliest other card is Chikorita 53/111 in Neo Genesis (2000). That card lists 40 HP, and this one lists 60 HP. Both list the rarity Common. Razor Leaf is another attack lists 20 damage. The cost is Grass, Colorless. Weakness is Fire ×2. Retreat cost is 1. I keep a set binder for Lost Thunder, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Lost Thunder set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Chikorita can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Johto starters. I still need this card.
