2017 Pikachu Project illustrated this card. The same name is on 6 other cards in the catalog.

Pikachu (#025) has 212 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 90 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Pikachu 58/102 in Base (1999). That card is named Pikachu, while this one is Ash's Pikachu. That card lists 40 HP, and this one lists 70 HP. The rarity there is Common, and here it is Promo. Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated that card, and 2017 Pikachu Project illustrated this one. 170 other cards of Pikachu list a different HP.

The attack Iron Tail lists 20× damage. The cost is Colorless. Flip a coin until you get tails. This attack does 20 damage for each heads. Electro Ball is another attack lists 50 damage. It wears the hat of its Trainer, who is also its partner."

I keep a set binder for SM Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the SM Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Pikachu can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are All Pikachu cards and Trainer's Pokémon. I still need this card.
