Salamence is a Stage 2 Dragon Pokémon with 150 HP. In the Pokédex this is Salamence (#373), generation 3 (Hoenn). The card says it evolves from Shelgon. In this catalog that name is Shelgon (#372).

kawayoo illustrated this card. The same name is on 209 other cards in the catalog.

Salamence (#373) has 30 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 19 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2003 to 2026. The earliest other card is Salamence 10/97 in Dragon (2003). That card lists 120 HP, and this one lists 150 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Promo. Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated that card, and kawayoo illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 3. 27 other cards of Salamence list a different HP.

Dragon Wind is listed as Ability. If this Pokémon is your Active Pokémon, once during your turn (before your attack), you may switch 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon with their Active Pokémon. The attack Dragon Claw lists 100 damage. The cost is Fire, Water, Colorless, Colorless. Weakness is Fairy ×2. Retreat cost is 3. The flavor text reads "It flies around on its wings, which have grown in at last. In its happiness, it gushes hot flames, burning up the fields it passes over."

I keep a set binder for SM Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the SM Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Salamence can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). I still need this card.
