Meowth is Pokédex #052, generation 1 (Kanto). Alolan Meowth is a Basic Darkness Pokémon with 60 HP. The card lists Persian, Persian (#053) under evolves to.

Alolan Meowth sits at SM51/248 in SM Black Star Promos, position 52 of 251. Before it is SM50 Tapu Koko-GX, and after it is SM52 Golisopod. The set belongs to the Sun & Moon series. It was released on February 3, 2017. The printed size is 248. This checklist is longer, at 251 cards. The listed rarity is Promo.

The attack Nasty Plot lists no damage number. Flip a coin. If heads, search your deck for a card and put it into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck. Scratch is another attack lists 10 damage. The cost is Darkness. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Resistance is Psychic -20. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "This Pokémon was not originally found in Alola. Human actions caused a surge in their numbers, and they went feral. They're prideful and crafty."

Meowth (#052) has 65 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 53 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Meowth 56/64 in Jungle (1999). That card is named Meowth, while this one is Alolan Meowth. That card lists 50 HP, and this one lists 60 HP. The rarity there is Common, and here it is Promo. Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated that card, and sui illustrated this one. 42 other cards of Meowth list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads sui. I count 194 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

SM Black Star Promos set binder is where a full SM Black Star Promos set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Meowth can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Alolan forms and Meowth, Persian, and Perrserker. I still need this card.
