Silvally SM64/248 · SM Black Star Promos

Silvally is Pokédex #773, generation 7 (Alola). Silvally is a Stage 1 Colorless Pokémon with 130 HP. The card says it evolves from Type: Null. In this catalog that name is Type: Null (#772).

Silvally sits at SM64/248 in SM Black Star Promos, position 65 of 251. Before it is SM63 Salazzle-GX, and after it is SM65 Alolan Raichu. The set belongs to the Sun & Moon series. It was released on February 3, 2017. The printed size is 248. This checklist is longer, at 251 cards. The listed rarity is Promo.

The attack Gear Scan lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. Search your deck for an Item card, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck. X-Scissor is another attack lists 90+ damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 30 more damage. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "Although its name was Type: Null at first, the boy who evolved it into this form gave it the name by which it is now known."

Silvally (#773) has 12 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 7 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2017 to 2026. The earliest other card is Silvally-GX SM91/248 in SM Black Star Promos (2017). That card is named Silvally-GX, while this one is Silvally. That card lists 210 HP, and this one lists 130 HP. Both list the rarity Promo. 5ban Graphics illustrated that card, and Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 1. 11 other cards of Silvally list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Mitsuhiro Arita. I count 721 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

SM Black Star Promos set binder is where a full SM Black Star Promos set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Silvally can fill a slot in Generation 7 binder (Alola). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mitsuhiro Arita cards. I still need this card.
