Paldea Evolved set binder is where a full Paldea Evolved set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Chien-Pao can fill a slot in Generation 9 binder (Paldea). Themed lists that include this exact card are Winter: Ice Pokémon and Special Illustration Rares. I still need this card.
